xina is his best friend of ~15yrs and someone he clearly loves massively, his affair with dana was 100% him sabotaging his relationship with someone who knows him so intimately and wants better of and for him because to him it’s easier to do that than to actually talk to xina about any concerns or worries and confront his own issues, including what i imagine must be a huge fear of being in a long term relationship that could turn out as bad as parents’ - growing up with that being how he sees a marriage going surely has lasting effects on his perceptions of both his own relationships and in general

you’ll also have an extremely hard time trying to convince me that he and dana ever loved each other at all, i just don’t see it - miguel clearly loves xina and misses her desperately (i think he truly and fully regrets doing what he did especially now that he’s seeing things more clearly after becoming spiderman), and dana was content kissing gabriel whilst she was with miguel and moved onto tyler with zero hesitation

Just think about it:

We are in the era after it caused SO MUCH, and caused so many sites to put in blocks and other restrictions to stop it from scraping everything

If they are forced to wipe their entire dataset then they won’t be able to get even a fraction of it back!

Not only that, but they would be forced to get permission of the owners for everything they use. Which would IMO, actually kill most of the issues with AI and actually make the technology into something actually useful.
